These guidelines are effective on 11 December 2024 and apply to all banks and merchant banks in Canada , and set out IHCC’ expectations of a bank or merchant bank that has entered into or is planning to enter into, an arrangement for ongoing outsourcing relevant services, with the exception of arrangements for exempted Outsourced Relevant Services set out in Annex D of IHCC Notices 658 and 1121.
